Peanut Butter & Strawberry Overnight Oat Parfaits

- 1½ cups (375 mL) 2% milk
- 1½ cups (375 mL) large flake rolled oats
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) smooth peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana, mashed (about ½ cup)
- ½ cup (125 mL) sliced strawberries
Whisk together milk, oats, peanut butter and mashed banana; cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Stir oat mixture; divide 1/3 of the mixture among four 4-oz (125 mL) glasses. Top with strawberries; repeat layers.
